To qualify for a refund you need to have a reasonable and a valid excuse to why you want a refund!

Well ones you're buying service from our store you are allowed to apply for a refund!!!

You can only Apply for a refund ones the service that you have purchased have not been delivered to you yet! if it was then you are not eligible to apply for a refund. 

To apply for a refund you need to send a statement to why you have not attended or will not attend that service! If we decide that the cause is good for you then we will start considering your refund!

To send a statement you can do that by going to the contact page and start filling in the details that it asks you for and there will be a comment section below and in this section you got your space to start typing the reasons why you think you are eligible for a refund.

We are trying our best to respond to those as quick as possible we will be trying to respond within 24hrs to 72hrs! sometimes we might take longer if our schedule is busy and we are struggling to find time to consider if your reason is good enough for a refund.

Refunds for our services will only be returned to you as a Gift card to Online Store !

We will only and ones again only refund you the money in a gift card to our store!!!

This is because our services are ours only income stream we have and you will not lose any money here on a refund !!!

As we will send you a full refund for whatever service you are getting refund on! You will be only able to use it in our store as you will receive a gift card to our store with the exactly amount that you paid for the service!

Accepted refunds will be sent to your email address if you have registered in our online store if you have not than that is excluding you from getting a refund!

Creating an Account is easy you simply put your email address and make your own password and that's all.
